Morning sessions to connect with your essential movement
I invite you to a space of self-care and presence from an integrative perspective. Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday you can participate in 30-minute online sessions that will be recorded, guided from the heart and supported by my experience in psychoneuroimmunology, conscious sexuality, family constellations and body therapy. Each of these days is dedicated to an essential aspect of being.
I accompany you with presence, respect and an integrative perspective.

Let's start the week by connecting with inner silence. This space helps you calm your mind, descend into your body and open yourself to a broader perspective. Ideal for regulating the nervous system and cultivating a conscious attitude to face day to day life.

Wednesday | Listen, Feel, Express
A space to reconnect with the body, identify emotions, move energy and let expression be medicine. You don't need to know how to dance, just be willing to listen to your body and give it a voice.

Friday | Physical Body Care and Habits
Healthy Habits, Psychoneuroimmunology and Comprehensive Well-Being
We will close the week by exploring practical resources to take care of your body: nutrition, rest, rhythms, stress management and the relationship between body, mind and immune system. A space to understand yourself and take care of yourself with awareness.
